Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments have a significant impact on our surgery and the wider NHS. When patients do not attend without letting us know in advance, valuable appointment time is wasted that could have been offered to another patient in need of care. This can also lead to longer waiting times and delays in treatment for others.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be offered to someone else.
