This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to identifying, understanding and supporting the unique health needs of military veterans and their families. As a veteran-friendly practice, we ensure that veterans are correctly coded within their medical records, enabling clinicians to consider any service-related health conditions when providing care. We also signpost veterans to dedicated NHS services, charities and support organisations, helping them access specialist physical health, mental health and wellbeing services where appropriate. Our accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to providing inclusive, personalised care and ensuring that those who have served in the Armed Forces receive the recognition and support they deserve.
