Here at Acklam Medical Centre we offer a walk-in blood service. This will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am and 1pm.
However, there are a few stipulations.
The bloods must have been requested by a clinician.
If you do not have a blood request form your bloods will NOT be taken in the walk-in blood
clinic and you will be asked to make an appointment at a later date.
Chronic Disease Patients (diabetes & cardiovascular) and also patients on high risk drugs have separately arranged appointments, please do not attend this clinic.
Please note that due to the nature of this service being a walk-in clinic you may face a wait of up to an hour.
Please note the walk-in clinic may need to close early if all of the allocated slots are filled.
