We have up to 3 working days to action your prescription request. This includes requests made in writing or online through the NHS App or our website.
Hospital or Specialist Recommendations
When a hospital or specialist recommends a new medication or treatment, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed and reviewed safely by our clinical team.
