We are making a change to the online consultation system we use at the practice.
This change is being made in response to patient feedback. Many patients have told us that e-Consult involves too many questions and can feel like a lengthy process. We’ve listened and acted on this feedback.
What is changing?
From 1 April 2026, we will no longer be using e-Consult.
Instead, we will be using the SystmConnect Online Form, which is quicker and simpler for you to complete.
What is NOT changing?
- We will continue to operate a total triage online model for patients to access services
- All requests for advice or treatment of existing or new medical conditions should still be submitted online
- Requests will continue to be reviewed by the most appropriate clinician
Why are we making this change?
The new system is linked directly to your medical record, making it a safer and more efficient way for us to review and respond to your requests.
How to contact us from 1 April 2026
If you need advice, support or treatment for an existing or non-urgent medical problem, please:
- Use the SystmConnect Online Form (available via our website), or https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/2/OnlineConsultation?OrgId=A81004
- If you are unable to use the online form, you can:
- Contact the practice by telephone 01642 827697, or
- Visit our reception desk, where staff can support you in completing the online form.
Please note:
- No login is required, just like e-Consult
- Opening hours remain unchanged
- Online consultations will be available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm
- THIS IS NOT A CHANGE IN PROCESS – IT IS ONLY A CHANGE IN SYSTEM.
